TranSouth serves as the shared management structure that oversees and coordinates three specialized divisions: Ambulance, Wheelchair, and Transit. Together, these divisions operate under one unified system to deliver reliable, efficient transportation solutions.

The Ambulance Division provides emergency and non-emergency medical transportation with Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) levels of care. Staffed by trained medical professionals and supported by modern equipment and coordinated dispatch, the division delivers safe, reliable patient transport between homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
The Wheelchair Division provides safe, reliable transportation for individuals who require mobility assistance but do not need stretcher transport. With accessible vehicles, trained drivers, and coordinated scheduling, the division helps patients travel comfortably to medical appointments, care facilities, and other essential destinations.
